We do not start over. We build on what’s already there—removing what distracts, refining what works, and introducing what’s needed to bring the space together.
Sourcing is handled for you, whether online or in-person, and we extend vendor discounts where available. Once key pieces are in place, we return for a final in-home refinement—adjusting layout, styling, and details so the room feels complete.
The result is a space that feels elevated, cohesive, and fully realized without renovation.

What is the payment policy?
After your initial consultation, we will present a tailored proposal detailing the scope of work and anticipated timeline. A secure payment link will be included to move forward.
Does the styling package include the price of the furniture or decor?
No, it does not. RHS only provides the decorating and furnishing services. But, we always use our our best efforts in curating pieces within your specified budget.
What is the refund policy?
Following the initial in-home visit, all services are non-refundable, and no exceptions will be made.
For items purchased through our Shop, returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds will be issued within seven (7) days after returned items are received and inspected.

What factors are used to determine the price of the service package I select?
Pricing is primarily based on the number of spaces being refined and the overall scope of work.
We also consider the level of sourcing required, how much of the home will be incorporated versus newly introduced, and the complexity of aligning multiple spaces into a cohesive result. And finally, we consider the level of decluttering required to complete the project.
Each project is tailored, and our packages are structured to provide clarity and efficiency, so you know what to expect while still receiving a highly personalized outcome.
